We are delighted to announce that IGA Talent Solutions have been shortlisted for Best Contractor Service by Recruiter Awards.
We recognised that the service provision to contractors isn’t good enough across the industry and so we set out to raise standards by developing our Contractor Aftercare Programme to improve the experience throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
Using a series of key touchpoints we ensure regular communication and a strong feedback loop between IGA, our contractors and our client hiring managers and use data driven insights to continually improve the end to end hiring process. We strive for excellence in all that we do!
