Hi Vish, welcome to the IGA Family. We’re delighted to have you onboard! How has your first month been?
My first month has been great, very busy. I completed my first placement 10 days into joining IGA! Everyone is welcoming and down to earth which makes it easy to get up and running quickly.
What is your background in recruitment and how did you get into the industry?
I fell into recruitment or should I say recruitment found me. My background in recruitment is within the Business Change and Transformation arena. I cover all roles within this domain including but not limited to Programme Management, Project Management, Process Improvement and Business Change.
What attracted you to join IGA Talent Solutions? What is different about IGA that sets it apart from other companies?
The flexibility in working patterns, giving me the perfect work life balance. The transparent and down to earth nature of the senior leadership team. The volume of work is incredible, this means we are all very busy, which I like.
What areas of recruitment do you specialise in? What do you enjoy about recruiting into these areas?
I enjoy Business Change and Transformation because we engage with senior stakeholders that are working on interesting projects and programmes. Business Transformation covers multiple areas of a business and enables change to land successfully, saving the business money and also transforming mindsets.
What do you think are the biggest challenges that your clients are facing at the moment? How can you support your clients with these challenges and what solutions can you offer?
Most transformations fail and the main reason for this is getting the right resource in at the right time. With my extensive knowledge and understanding of the Business Change recruitment market, I can make sure you have the correct people, working on the right projects, at precisely the right time. This puts my clients in a better position to make change stick, delivering on time, in scope & within budget.
Tell us a bit about yourself and what you like to do in your spare time.
I enjoy spending time with my two children and partner, we frequently visit national parks and activity centres amongst other things. I love cooking fresh produce and creating new dishes by combing flavours and ingredients from different cultures.
